How It Works

Step 1 - Start with a Conversation

We begin by talking through what you need, how you’ll use it, and the feeling you want the design to create. This is where we get to know your vision, who your customers are, and your goals. This sets the tone for everything that follows.

Step 2 - Review Your Existing Branding

We look at your logo, colours, fonts, and any existing materials to ensure your new print piece fits seamlessly into your brand. If you don’t have branding yet, we help guide you toward a style that feels right for you.

Step 3 - Design Concepts & Layout

From here, we start building the piece, including the layout, imagery, copy placement, and overall flow. You’ll receive an initial concept that reflects the direction we discussed.

Step 4 - Feedback & Revisions

This part is hands-on. You can share thoughts, ask questions, and walk through the design with us. Together, we refine the piece until it feels aligned with your vision.

Step 5 - Final Proof & Approval

Once the design is polished and ready, we send a final proof for approval. You get a chance to double-check details like spelling, dates, and contact information.

Step 6 - Print-Ready Files or Full Print Management

You choose what works best for you:

  • Receive print-ready files to take to your preferred printer
    or

  • Let us handle the printing - we coordinate with trusted local print partners so you don’t have to manage any details.

Step 7 - Delivery & Follow-Up

When your materials are printed, we ensure everything looks as expected. If you need future reorders or new versions, we keep your files organized for easy updates.
