Hi, I’m Connie.

I, together with a trusted group of service providers I’ve worked with and relied on for years, are Bailey & Co.
For more than 25 years, I’ve helped businesses and organizations tell their stories in a way that feels real and honest. I believe good marketing should feel human, not salesy. My work brings together strategy and creativity; from advertising plans that make sense, to design and messaging that builds trust and helps people feel connected.

My values guide how I work. I believe in integrity, care, and doing what’s right, even when no one is watching. I truly care about the people behind the business, not just the end result. Serving others and helping them succeed brings me real joy.

Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships in the industry with people who share these values. I know when to lead the way, and when to bring in the right person or team in for the job. No one grows alone, and when a project needs skills beyond my lane, I have connections to the right people to step in and support the work seamlessly.

I also believe listening to the client and the customer comes before speaking. Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, I help uncover what customers are really thinking and needing. Those insights shape everything from content and design to how your business shows up online, in print, and in our community.
